Rich Nugent honed his skills in the labor and employment law area during 22 years of providing advice and services in the corporate and higher education settings. During that time, Mr. Nugent held various positions including Director, Employee and Labor Relations at Bayer Corp. and Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at the University of Notre Dame. He joined May Oberfell Lorber in 2001 to utilize that experience to serve the clients of the firm.
