Mr. Woelfer has extensive experience counseling corporate clients in the full array of legal issues that companies in the Michiana area face. His experience includes acting as General Counsel for a large, publicly-traded company where he regularly advised both management and the Board of Directors on legal and business issues. This experience affords Mr. Woelfer the ability to more fully appreciate the attorney/client relationship from the client’s perspective, having acted as client throughout his term as General Counsel. As a consequence, Mr. Woelfer focuses his practices on cost-effective results that are in line with the client’s overall objectives.
In addition, Mr. Woelfer has extensive first chair jury trial experience. He recently represented a corporate client in a multi-million dollar jury trial. He has represented clients in jury trials in matters ranging from medical malpractice defense, contract disputes, warranty disputes, major collections matters and various other business-related issues.
