Pam, an alumnus of Purdue University, joined the firm in October 1988, upon completion of the Paralegal Certification program at Indiana University South Bend. Having assisted many of the firm’s attorney’s in various matters, Pam’s concentration is in the firm’s business section. She regularly assists with business-related legal matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, banking and secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy. Along with serving the firm’s clients, Pam served as a literacy tutor with the St. Joseph County Public Library and as a member of the Advisory Council of the BABE Program of Memorial Hospital.
