  • Represented the seller of an international pet food company in a $30 million sale
  • Successfully defended Key Bank in a lawsuit seeking $95 million through federal district court and appeal to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Represented seller of parts distribution business in a $40 million transaction
