Katherine joined May Oberfell Lorber in 2023, after serving as staff attorney to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee for over a decade. Katherine has deep experience in bankruptcy and has taught continuing education and authored published articles on the topic many times, including for the Indiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Katherine enjoys practicing all aspects of business and consumer law, as well as federal law including ERISA.
