Sean M. Towner – Partner


Sean joined May Oberfell Lorber in 2017. Sean’s business practice ranges from assisting small businesses with various transactional matters to counseling on employment issues. Sean serves as Indiana counsel for multi-state commercial loan facilities and represents banking institutions in loan workout matters. Sean also manages a large commercial landlord practice and handles other real estate transactions.

Prior to joining MOL, Sean was a Deputy Prosecutor in South Bend, where he primarily prosecuted violent crimes. While in law school, Sean served on the University of Tulsa Law Review and clerked for a Federal Magistrate in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
